Expanding Our Campus. Creating More Space for Ministry.
God has opened a door for Norwin Christian Church to expand our campus size for the first time since the 1960s.
We are excited to share that we are in the process of purchasing the neighboring home and 1.1 acres of land — what we’re currently calling The NCC House.
This purchase helps us address current space challenges and positions our church for future growth and ministry opportunities.
How The NCC House May Be Used
The NCC House opens up a wide range of possibilities for ministry and outreach, including:

Expanded parking to help relieve current congestion

Ministry and outreach space

Small group meeting space

Office or meeting rooms

Temporary housing for missionaries or staff
While not all of these uses will happen immediately, this purchase allows NCC to grow intentionally and thoughtfully over time.

Purchase price: $200,000 (plus closing costs)

Expected closing: Within the next several weeks, pending final inspections

Please note: We ask that no one visit the property until closing is finalized
There is ongoing dialogue regarding additional parcels of land. We will continue to prayerfully pursue options for the future.
